From its first airing of season one, the reception of the show was really just exceptional. This maybe another cop drama that everybody thinks they have seen it all. But this cop drama apart from its great casting does not follow the typical cliché of the same old layout of police drama of having the character portray the “good guys always” character.

If you love the duo of NCIS then Rizzoli and Isles will surely take you to the next level. Jane Rizzoli and Maura Isles are both the working tandem that will capture your attention in this show. Jane Rizzoli portrayed by Angie Harmon and Dr. Maura Isles portrayed by Sasha Alexander, both possesses character that certainly make the show’s story.

Jane, as the only female cop in Boston's homicide division, is tough, untrusting, and rarely lets her guard down, while the impeccably dressed Maura displays a sometimes icy temperament -- she is, after all, more comfortable among the dead than the living. Together, the best friends have forged a quirky and supportive relationship; they drop the protective shield in each other's company, and combine their expertise to solve Boston's most complex cases.

We are very sure that the chemistry between two characters and the supporting casts are all smartly and beautifully chosen. Although the show had received tons of mixed reviews since the day of its airing, the show is going strong and trying to make it to the competitive arena of the best shows to date. Proving its competitive bout on the arena, the premier of the television series had set a record as the highest-rated debut for a commercial-supported cable series, and it is the second-highest debut ever for a basic cable TV series.

Other casts that complete the shows are: Barry Frost played by Lee Thompson Young, Vince Korsak played by Bruce McGill, Frankie Rizzoli, Jr. Played by Jordan Bridges and many more. Tune in to your TV sets and go see the show, and tell us what you think!
